Invoices are sent with each order in our shop. Please provide all the invoice information when ordering.


Order processing time

The order is processed when the money is booked in our account. The order processing time is three to five workdays from the payment.

In case the order processing takes longer, for example when your order is customer-tailored, you will be notified by telephone or e-mail when the order is ready to be


Delivery time and cost

The parcels are sent with UPS and we do our best to have them delivered to all our clients within maximum 5 workdays.


Delivery cost:

  • 1-3 panels: 19 zł
  • 4-6 panels: 38 zł
  • 7-9 panels:57 zł
  • 10+ panels: 76 zł


Refunds and complaints

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled with the  order cancellation statement  sent by e-mail to: 

Send the order immediately back to our address: AnWall non profit Sp. z o. o. ul. Okrężna 4A, 33-100 Tarnów. Orders can be cancelled up to  14 days after purchase. Your payment made to us will be returned no later than 14 days after receipt of your order cancellation statement. Client bears the cost of sending the order back or
replacing the goods.


In case goods bought in our shop have defects you are entitled to lodging a complaint. The complaint must be sent  in our form  to e-mail address:
The complained goods must be sent to: AnWall non profit Sp. z o. o. ul. Okrężna 4A, 33-100 Tarnów.

You can demand:

  • sending back a good product,
  • repairing the defect,

or make statement that:

  • you demand a discount,
  • cancel the order – in case of major defect.

We are responsible for defects in quality of the goods until two years after the goods are sent. Your complaint will be dealt with during 14 days after the faulty goods are
received. We are not responsible for mechanical defects occurring during use.
