Under Article 13 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2 of a regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural

d) AnWall Non Profit Sp. z o.o is responsible for collecting and processing personal data related to using the web site. AnWall Non Profit Sp. z o.o. complies with all conditions stipulated in GDPR. AnWall Non Profit Sp. z o.o in principle does not store personal data unless it is required by the applicable laws.

e) Your personal data is collected for the purpose of placing and the send the order placed in our internet shop on the web site anwall.pl / www.scianazklockow.pl,

establishment, exercise or defence legal claims.

d) demand your personal data is corrected if they are incorrect or to have incomplete personal data completed, including provision of a supplementary statement (taking
into account the purposes of the processing).

e) demand your personal data is erased, however it can take place in specifically defined circumstances, particularly when:

  • the personal data is no longer necessary with regard to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
  • your consent on which the processing is based is withdrawn on condition your consent was the legal basis for processing your personal data and there are no other legal grounds for the processing, your personal data was unlawfully processed, the personal data have to be erased for compliance with a legal obligation in Union or Polish law. The demand cannot be satisfied to the extent that the processing is necessary particularly for: exercising the right of freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing by Union or Polish law, establishment, exercise or defence legal claims.

f) receive personal data which were provided by you in a structured, commonly applied format which can be machine-read in case your personal data is processed in
an automated way and under your consent. You can receive a copy of your personal data in the form of a digital file in a systematised, commonly applied format after you apply to the address kontakt@anwall.pl

g) forward your personal data to another administrator in case your personal data is processed in an automated way and under your consent.

h) lodge a complaint to the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Authority. If you want to lodge a complaint about a method of your data processing by AnWall Non
Profit Sp. z o.o. in case you decide your right to protect your personal data is violated please contact the Chairman of the Personal Data Protection Authority.

You have the right to restrict processing your personal data if you: contest the accuracy of the personal data – in such case processing your personal data is
restricted for a period enabling to verify the accuracy of the personal data, the processing is unlawful and instead of the erasure of the personal data you request
the restriction of their use, we do not need your personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, the objection has been lodged to processing your personal data – the restriction pends verification whether the legitimate grounds on our side override
those of your objection.

Your personal data can be transferred to the following (categories of) recipients: – companies working for AnWall Non Profit Sp. z o. o., particularly couriers and
postal companies which facilitate electronic payments (e.g. PAYU), market research companies, legal and advisory companies, Under the obligation of commonly applicable law we can also transfer your personal data to a third party, particularly to the authorised state authorities, if they require it
for their proceedings.

Your personal data is stored for a period stipulated by a commonly applicable law (if such period is stipulated in terms of documents or other digital files, which comprise
your personal data). Otherwise your personal data is stored for the claims validity period as stipulated by the civil code. Personal data processed for financial purposes
or for tax purposes is stored for 5 years starting from the end of calendar year of the tax obligation.

Your personal data is always processed on the basis of a specific legal requirement under the current legal regulations. In majority of cases related to shopping in an
internet store your the personal data must be processed to finalise the contract which your are a party to (contract of remote sales).

In some cases and in relation to some personal data the basis to process your personal data can be your consent. In case the basis to process your personal data
is your consent you are entitled to withdraw the consent to process your personal data. This however does not affect legitimacy of your personal data processing which
